Most individuals, yes, we have our struggles and days where it just can be a lot, but generally speaking, none of us would trade in our brains for anything different. This last one is sort of on a case by case basis. Some people prefer to be described as a person with autism, but most prefer to say that they are autistic or an autistic person, because with autism implies that it is a disease, it is a pathologized thing, instead of being who we are
