How do like to start your morning?

So I'm just kind of curious to hear how everyone likes to start their day. And I guess are you a morning person? For me personally, I think getting up early and doing something active or just like outside? How how do like to start your morning or yoga

I feel like your morning dictates the rest of your day!

And I think that is definitely my favorite way to start the day because if I have a class that I have to go to, I can't sleep in, so I have to get up and I have to get going and then I don't do the 06:00 A.m. Yoga classes, but I do the 930, which is like the perfect time for me. And I get moving and then I shower and I'm fresh and ready for the day. So I definitely want to continue doing that

My morning

I do that because that starts the day by the first thing that you sense and you see is a presence of peace. And then every movement after that becomes a presence of peace. It becomes an expansion of that. So that starts that then you can actually watch the mind wake up as well. You can be that place where the mind wakes up. So I'll sit in that for a little while and just feel that. And then I'll move

By the way, what I like about these ask Swell is people sharing great pictures, people sharing about water and Hillary and bright day sunlight and boats and things like that. So this is how you start your day in a perfectly organic manner? Frequently, yes. Some kind of yoga or some kind of prayers is something that makes your concentration more accurate and makes you more close to God

Natalie I love the Jay. You start your morning. It's very similar to me. I think yoga is such a nice way to start your day and start everything with a fresh mindset. And I'm glad to hear you followed it with the other yummy breakfast. After

Hey, I really enjoyed hearing about your morning routine. I've always been curious about the health benefits of Chlorophyll, and I think that's really great that you drink a lot of water at the start of your day. And I also loved hearing about the meditation vacation. It's like, such a nice way to start a day, start a morning, and kind of get your head in the right mindset. And definitely something I would love to do more in the future
