therapy is normal
If you're feeling something, if you're feeling low or you have some trauma, I think you should talk about it to your friends, to your family, if only if you're comfortable with them, and if you're not comfortable with any of your friends, any of family members, you can get a therapist

Hey. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you for actually raising this topic. It was like some time back. I really need to talk to someone. And so I started generalizing and even writing about the person. I really it took me like half a year. It was really hard to have days where I was excited and we should raise. Even when I told my parents, they were, like going to a doctor feeling shame. Totally
