Summer Plans?

article image placeholderUploaded by @samuelpenate
Just go with the flow or just probably have some summer classes or travel outside of the country or it's stay in the country or travel local. Oh, and I hear your thoughts

Well, first of all, Congratulations on scoring that job. That's amazing. I'm super happy for you. And yeah, that sounds like an amazing summer. And Congratulations on finishing school. You're, like, killing it out here. I actually I'm interviewing for an internship in Aquaculture this summer, and I really hope I get it because it's like the field I want to go into as a fish biologist. So cross your fingers for me

So your summer plans sound really good. So Congratulations. Mine are, like, less exciting, but that's okay because I'm just a freshman, so I have a job in a restaurant in my hometown, so I'm going to do that and just see some old friends. And I have two vacations planned. I'm going to Florida and the Lake for a week, so I. So it's going to be a good time. I'm excited

Oh, my God. Summer and plants. I don't think that just to work feet with each other summer is so hectic to make plans for anything. Let me say literally hate this season and wish it's not to be existed in this world. Like, literally

And it was definitely a transition for me because I was so used to being in that vacation mode. But for the last several years I've worked straight through the summer. I have to be honest, I kind of enjoy it to some degree just because it keeps me on my toes. I felt like summer break by the end of it. I was always itching to get back to work just because I wanted something to do. But this summer it's very interesting

I think it's just great that a lot of people have the opportunity to do what they want. And some of us, we are going to school again, we're graduating, among other things. And it's just great to hear different voices that are probably going to have the time to do finally something not to be just tied in your home or just work. So thank you

Hey, Sam. Well, thanks for asking. I hope you're doing well this summer. So my school is on semester system, so we end school, like the first week of May, right after we get out. Out. I'm going back to Italy for like three weeks in the Savona region, like near the beach. I'm super excited

I'm an after school counselor for elementary school kids. I talked to my boss already, and she was like, yeah, just send me an application, but you'll be in automatically. I was like, okay, cool. But recently, I just got a job opportunity. It's called the Skyler Mansion Historic Site, and it pays better, hours are better, and I don't have to work with kids all summer. So fingers crossed that I'm able to secure that one

So for this summer, I really hope to live my best life because last summer I spent the whole summer, like, working fulltime since I got my first apartment, like last summer. And so so I was working a lot to save up and just have money for bills and necessities. So I didn't really have much of a summer last summer, but this summer I want to do everything. I spent this year basically creating a financial cushion for myself so I can afford to not work this summer

So that a huge chunk of the summer, like, end of May to the end of July. And then I might be going on vacation in May after my semester ends. And then my brother is trying to get resell tickets to an Omar Apollo concert. But my summer job, I'm going to be living and working with a bunch of my friends from College up here. So I'm really excited about that
