It's called salt shifts. For instance, I've put up a Vietnamese coffee discussion that has happened over here from one of our salt chefs, Swati Desai, who's right now Vietnam chilling it out there and having till the new year's and having a blast. So guys, let me know what you think of salt for cooking. And this is Chatty Guillija, the co founder from Cheers Chatty Ventures Private Limited and the brand is sold for cooking. Love this. Love the name. So excited. Congrats on your tenacity. This is awesome. And I look forward to cooking from your salt for cooking as well. Cast very, very cool. That first one, by the way, the egg and the coffee, hard pass, but I'm sure some people love it. I'd love to hear if you love it because it looks eggy

And finally, a large part of flavor perception comes from the food texture or the mouthfeel. I can totally see how the interplay of textures and flavors can pop out in this drink. So very interesting. Thanks for sharing this, and I hope to see a lot many more posts around food coming in from Salt for Cooking. Yay

Very, very happy to know. Congratulations to you and the team at Salt Cooking. I think it's a great idea, and especially when, as you rightly said, COVID did bring all the, I think, hidden talents, right, from made a Master Chef out of us all, rather. And I also also remember that within our family, we have this whole trend of putting up pictures on WhatsApp every single day, right?
