Hey, guys, I'm back with another swell. So I think many people think that therapy is only for, you know, the people who have who are mentally ill or has mental disability disorders. But that's not true, that it can actually help you with your anxiety or just anger, your stress or if you want help in managing your emotions. It also helps in that a normal person can also take therapy
