Yes. Sagar very well put. My views about that is slightly similar, but a bit different also. When within, like we are in conflict with something, either others or with our own self, we become sad and we think that this is the sadness. But it's all about conflicts. When I think of myself and I used to feel sad that I should not do it the life was better. The things were better over there. The confidence of mine was better over there and these all things are making me confused with what things I should go should I think of my family due to which I am happy? Or should I think of my worth, my capabilities, my powers which are making me sad?

So we're not able to prolong happiness for a long time or maybe sadness for a long time. It's just so temporary. All I want to say is that we don't have to hold up on any of these emotions. We have to keep moving on. And as you mentioned that we don't have to over analyze any situations because too much analysis leads to paralysis. So that's what I meant. And it's really an interesting topic. Are we happy?

You are in that threshold and something from outside pushes you out of that zone. Or something which you feel from inside pushes you out of that zone. And then you come back again to that zone. It can be elevation, happiness, sadness. You go into that, you cross the threshold. You go out of the threshold and you go somewhere and then you come back
