I Wish I Could Drink Coffee

I don't know if there's a way to help myself not be so affected by caffeine, or if it's to just start pushing caffeine on myself constantly until my body has adapted to it. I love products with caffeine in them, like, I really like coffee, and I really, really like tea, but I just can't enjoy them without having to have the decaf version of it, which sometimes isn't available to me. So. I don't know

But if you do want to build your tolerance for caffeine, I would suggest like going with a half cup of coffee instead of doing your Decalf and see if you can ramp it up that way. And if you start being able to tolerate half caffeine, maybe go up from there, try a regular cup of coffee and then eventually an espresso. But that could be a way to kind of build your tolerance towards caffeine
