So it's Thanksgiving in Canada, and I wanted to talk a little bit about, you know, even though this year hasn't been what I wanted, and a lot of it hasn't gone the way that I had pictured when the year started. I think I still have a lot to be thankful for, and it's kind of hard to see those things sometimes because of how bad things can feel sometimes and how rough it can all be

You said, especially about the things that you feel proud of between this Thanksgiving and last year's Thanksgiving, despite circumstances does not necessarily being ideal, especially the things you did for yourself. I think that's something that the Pandemic has really highlighted for a lot of us that the only thing or experience we really can control to a certain degree is our own
