It takes a positive attitude to achieve positive results in life. The positive attitude is a negative attitude. The negative attitude is very harmful to us. It affects our thought process badly. It can lead to diseases like anxiety, stress, depression and even high blood pressure due to negative thinking. So I think a positive attitude is not easy to achieve but it is not possible. It takes some effort. You can't simply stop being negative

Hi Akshita, you rightly differentiated between positive attitude and negative attitude. Yes, we can change our negative attitude into positive attitude with the steps which you already mentioned.
