Happy Mental Health Monday - pick it up, put it down

article image placeholderUploaded by @RumpelSoulSkin
And for that I'm extremely thankful. And later I came on this picture came up in my newsfeed that I posted here. It says, the piece I have now is worth everything I lost. And so I'm combining these two concepts, pick it up, put it down, their peace, and putting things down. And I absolutely felt the peace and putting down that emotional baggage that was attached to what I was learning and what I was experiencing there in DC

But I've been there anyway, definitely. I was thinking about our behavior as well and speaking into this space. I'm getting more and more used to inviting people, taking the time to extra to five minutes to invite people that you think might enjoy it. So thank you for inviting me, and I hope you're inviting others. And have a beautiful Monday. Bye

Hi soulskin. This mantra that you mentioned here of pick it up and put it down reminds me very much of a Buddhist teaching of living in the moment, or well, as well as not on attachment. And the teaching tells practitioners well. There's a number of stories and parables that try and describe both ideas
