Today I wanted to talk about another book recommendation that I have. And so this novel is called Almond. I'm not sure if I pronounce the author's name, right, but her name is one Pyongson and she's from South Korea. So in this novel there is a boy named NJ and he has a brain disorder called and I'm sorry if I pronounce it wrong, but Alexithymia and it makes him hard to identify emotions or even experience emotions like fear or anger

I just feel like this is the kind of novel that because of the way you describe it like, it's short enough and it's tight enough and it keeps you going. It's the kind of novel that I would love to read, like on a summer's afternoon when I really want to dig into to somebody's story that's completely separate and different than my life. And this sounds like something that's completely in another world. And sometimes that's what I love most about novels

Hey, Radina, I'm so glad that you're sharing all of these book recommendations. That's so great. I absolutely love reading. So I will definitely check out the books that you're talking about. This one sounds really interesting. Yeah. I like that you're talking about authors of color and kind of sharing their work because I think that's really important. So yeah, I'll definitely check this out. Thank you so much for sharing and a great summary of the book
