And I wish I could be more open about my experience. Maybe I will be if I decide to leave the company that I'm currently working for and go more into depth about it. But needless to say, it is frustrating that this company that I worked for doesn't do more to work to push the company that we are working for as a third party to be more proactive with helping their customers. If you're the one making the calls and checking in and maybe answering calls that are coming in, I definitely like I said, I have deep respect for you. It's always a hit or miss, right? Like, I call the insurance, or I call the WiFi or I call whatever phone response line, and some people just sometimes they just don't seem very happy and very monotone. I feel for you, man, and hopefully there's a lot more life in your voice swell
