Gas prices: it ain’t just Biden’s fault

That wasn't because of Donald Trump. That was because of the fact that, yeah, we had a much better situation for gas prices back then now with the war in Ukraine and all of that that shot them through the roof. So if you want to blame somebody, blame Vladimir Putin for the stupid war. But even then, prices were going up anyway. Now, is that Joe Biden's fault? Arguably, I think for the policies he probably were making probably did not help to degree

Why you can’t scapegoat Biden with this

Hey, thanks for inviting me to the swell. I would agree this is a Biden thing, or a Trump thing, for that matter. I live in Canada. Gas prices are astronomical here, too, and we don't even have a President. We have a Prime Minister, and he certainly isn't Joe Biden. We're not bound by any of his policies

So when one person blames Joe Biden for 100% of the problem, that's just ignorant. But when somebody claims the oil companies only and they deflect from what Biden has or hasn't done, that's a problem, too. But this happens all the time, and it's with every administration. I don't know the inner workings and either do we we only know what we're told and what we research ourselves

There are a few people to blame here

Yes, it's great at the gas companies. Yes. Trump has a lot of blame for the stimulus being so poorly targeted. Biden has some blame for his stimulus not being his targeted. I think there's a lot of stuff that could be pushed through. But again, this is a lot of the solutions here, because this came up so quickly. Most times we can see a recession coming decades in advance or a decade in advance
