Customer service in modern day America

So I work at a call center, and this lady wants a feature added to her plan for the device she has. I won't mention what company I work for, I won't mention what it is, but she acted towards me as if I were some kind of servant. Now, let me be perfectly Frank here. If you treat me like I'm some kind of servant, you're going to find out pretty d*** quickly that I don't necessarily caught into that

But I appreciate your perspective, and I hope you haven't have a gentle day today. Somehow, some way, somebody is kind and loving to you in that space that you tend to have to bat away the angry beasts. You're a good person. Thank you

I can totally relate to this #customerservice

So we need to be more appreciative of having these people. There's a lot of places that are understaffed not being appreciated. It's more of a company's fault. But people don't have a choice. So it's like, let's just come together and be nice to each other and just respect those working and just make it like a mutual thing. US as customers being respectful to the employer and the player being respectful to us
