How do you deal ? "EMOTIONS"

Those emotions sometimes can have us on an actual roller coaster coaster mentally, because emotions have the capability of making us feel happy, sad. We could be up, down, we go through different type of emotions. But how do you maintain your emotions? How do you come back to that balance? Because a lot of times we use the term when someone does something to us, we use the term you're feeling some kind of way

If it's something that I'm sad about, typically I keep things that I'm sad about to myself, which is not the healthiest thing in the world, but I don't ever want to bring anybody down. And I'm the person that most people come to when they're feeling any type of emotions. I'm the one that they come to. I'm the one that they talk to

I took it the way that I took it, and it wasn't what they meant. And I'm like, oh, it's like a light bulb, come on. So I figured out, what can I do to avoid that part of the shenanigans, allow my feelings, like what's going on with me to make me automatically feel like this is what they said? Why am I on the defense?

I really don't mind. And they look at us as being tough. That's another thing we have in common. They look at us because they honestly feel like we are tough. And I think we are super women. Yeah. That is our superpower. And it's okay. It's okay to be there for other people because it's in our makeup, it's our character. And that's just who we are

You're. Hey, Ma'am. I would like to say that I'm a pretty good communicator. I think I am. I'm very vocal, I'm in tune with my emotions. Whatever I feel, for the most part, I'll express it. But as I've gotten older, I've learned to not always speak what's on your mind because people sometimes I'm sorry, I'm outside

But if I listen to some gospel and I'm still not really feeling like lifted up, which that hardly ever happens, typically if I listen to my gospel music, I get into praise and worship and then I'm good. But sometimes I just need that little extra, you know what I'm saying?

Like, say, for instance, okay, you're good for the first two days, and within the same week, I'm saying, this is happening within the same week. Say, you are good for the first two days. And then that third day, you start feeling a little sad. And then that next day, that fourth day, you're really getting down, and you notice that, hey, I'm not feeling well
