Is SOCIAL MEDIA hampering our Mental Health

article image placeholderIt's not All Bad Trust me
And you lived a life you are meant to live. So what if a virus is taking away two years of your life? You still have a long way to go now. Coming on the good points. Well, social media is really an escape. Like, yeah, of course. Don't get jealous. If it can really be used in a good way, it's really an escape for me. I go on social media. I watch news updates. I watch sports updates

Reply to this swell with POINTS OF YOUR OWN. I would love to interact. #socialmedia #mentalhealth #love #breathe #relax #calmdown #procrastinate

Hi. I completely agree with whatever you said. Social media does affect people's mental health, and I think it's important that you're mentally stable before you go on apps like Twitter and things like that because other even a mentally stable person will definitely get high BP if they want Twitter. But yeah, whatever you said about relatable posts and stuff, I agree. I don't think people should feel bad about other people laughing and being happy because no one's going to post their worst moments online
