Nadja Pass on Rebuilding

article image placeholderUploaded by @r.o
So when I arrived that night, I was met with a game. And it turned out to be a long, beautiful night of conversation and exercises, of imagination and connecting to people that I otherwise would have never met. And at the center of this project is Nadia Pass. And I want to welcome Nadia onto swell and ask her to describe the Rebuilders in her own words

Envisioning utopia

I had much more time on my hands than I usually do, and I thought I'd share all of my thoughts and experiences from things that I've been working on during the past many years and inspire people to have better conversations and to discuss how we could create a better world

Thank you, Nadia, for taking the time to respond so thoroughly and so thoughtfully. It's nice to know the background in depth of how this came to be. And there's a nice parallel in there for me where nobody knew that the Pandemic was coming, nobody could have pinpointed exactly when it would come

And and it's such a nice thing to to realize that I'm not the only one longing for better conversations and being together in a more thorough way. And really, for the past ten years, to see how this whole idea has just spread and people have taken it up has been super inspiring and really has made me want to create more experiments and share them with more people. So I'm so happy that you participated last time and all part of the whole game. Yeah

I'm interested to hear to hear that because it feels like such a process based work. But yeah, it seems to be something that grows really organically. So I'm interested to know if there's, like, a milestone up ahead that you're kind of looking at and heading towards. Yeah. Thank you. And yeah, sorry again for the delay
