Absolutely agree with you other trica as yoga doing yoga exercise helps to keep our body mind soul should keep calm and which is very eventually helps in our work or give into positive wise gives us positive vibes and we should feel happy and energetic. Definitely everyone one should do some exercises, yoga or work out at home
