Laugh as often as possible because laughter is considered as the best therapy for stress and perhaps the best medicine for any kind of emotional pain. Live in the moment. Live for the moment because everything else is uncertain. Be more honest. Not only because honest is the best policy, but also because you are honest. You don't have to fear worry less kids don't worry about what others think they are, who they are
