Artificial Intelligence Art part 2

article image placeholderUploaded by @Ritika_Gupta
Before proceeding further, I would recommend hearing to the part one to this well to understand this conversation better. Now, there is one more thing that is fake profiles. AI art is being used to create fake art profiles which is making people finding it difficult to trust the digital artist online. So I would like to tell you about a few tips that are helpful in distinguish AI art from real up. First, this one is the easiest

The importance of the movement to be highligyyed is real #DishTales #poetsofswell #collegevoiceindia

And thank you so much for the distinguishes that you've given. It will really help in understanding whether that particular instagram page or that particular artwork that we are using or seeing is even real or not. And as a non artist, I will do my part of ensuring my level best to not use AI as a form of art because it also loses the touch of familiarity and it adds a personal touch of the artist right when they are making something

But there are some things that need improvement and there are some things that are not going right, right now, some things that should be taken care of before even this is released into a public, which I realize it already is, but it isn't ready yet for that. So one of the concerns you mentioned was AI being used to generate pornographic images. But I would disagree with you on that because a lot of big companies, big AI art companies have filters in place for people to prevent this

And that is how AI art should be treated and not something as a replacement for humans, but rather as a tool for making the life of humans simple. And right now it is just a quick prototyping tool

And talking about distinguishing AI art from human art. I think the method you mentioned earlier with the incorrect representation of hands does not work any longer because Mid Journey has at least mid Journey, the biggest AI company who generates images has implemented fixes on that. So now they trained the AI on more images of hands. So it can now accurately represent hands to some extent in images. So that would no longer work

And the other thing was that you mentioned about the part payment, that the original artist is tagged somehow and they get their payment. I think that suggestion is great too. These changes will make us feel more secure in terms of our privacy and our things being used online. So it was great hearing your reply, but best of luck for the future

Oh Ritika. Thank you for sharing this wonderful information. Thank you for letting me know how to identify the fake one and the real one. You are doing a wonderful job for your artist welfare. I am from nonartist community, but I understand all your issues. And yes, I'm going to support you to boycott this AI technology for making the art and support all the artists against it. Thank you for this informative
