So I really appreciate that our law is even getting into the emotions rather than just getting about what is right, what is wrong on the basis of facts and proofs. Sometimes emotions are required and sometimes emotions are necessary. So if I see there are so many factors playing around in this particular decision it's emotions, it's about our law evolving from something that was too cruel towards what is emotionally right and what is not actually very hard on people's soul
