How do you personally get out of your BRAIN FOG ?

You can't get past your stuck thought and you're trying to get motivated. You're trying to get things done, but you're just frozen your thought. I was wondering if anyone has any ideas of what they do to get past their brain fog. Is there any specific kind of things they do like, is there a yoga practice or is there some sort of food they eat that would help clear their mind? Or is there a specific thing that they do just physically or in their thoughts?

Walking or running

For me nothing beats a good run. And if I can't run for some reason a walk, nothing beats that. Walk outside and run outside. Nothing quite. Clears my head like that and getting away from any kind of news. The phone, the TV, the computer screen getting away from that is definitely I think that's probably obvious, but getting outside in the walk and or just completely clears my head

Hi, Phil. I forgot to reply to this a couple days ago, but I wanted to thank you for your reply. And also running actually does make sense to me. I didn't think about that, but it does make sense or move. Actually, movement makes a lot of sense sense. In this quarantine. I automatically go to the computer and I automatically go to the phones and do all that kind of stuff. So that type of stuff does take you back into your head

Wasabi + Classical Music 🎩

It's like 91.1. I think listening to classical music for like an hour, just giving yourself an hour and just laying down and listening to it. It fires your brain. It's almost like dental floss in your brain, because for your brain to process such stunning music that has so many layers of harmonics and these other levels of complexity, but all wrapped in beauty, it both soothes you and engage at the same time. And it can really clear out the fog
