SLEEPING PROBLEMS

Hello guys how are you? So happy to share this moment with you so guys I do have a problem within myself I am finding it difficult to sleep at night it has been bothering me since some days when it comes to night I no longer sleep I can reach out tomorrow without sleeping so guys if you have any idea what would be happening to me or what is happening to me guys please help me this is not normal I don't know if tome no more there's something wrong with me

Hey. I'm so sorry that you're having trouble sleeping. I also have a history of not sleeping very well. I think the first thing, if you feel concerned that this is something so serious, I would say go to a doctor. But then also something that I know works for people is, like, assessing your routine before you go to bed. If you're very much looking at a screen before going to bed, you can activate your brain

Sometimes access to these services can be a bit of a challenge. So my suggestion to you is number one, just double check what has changed recently in your own life. On a day to day activities, nutrition, food, all of that stuff. What has changed behavior wise? Are you working differently than you used to? Is your schedule or routine day to day change somewhat? Have you changed locations? Are you in a different place or what's going on?
