"Tears" My first time sharing my poetry.

article image placeholderUploaded by @Renee_Slay
Tears fail to remove the poison that flows just out of reach in a place one cannot fathom. Pinched beneath the deepest darkness, I am screaming under the weight as I am forced to succumb. Let go and cry, they say as the tears roll down my once beautifully tortured face. They could never understand what waited inside for a moment like this to take pain's place bloody nails turned black, clawing to the surface of something I cannot begin to describe

There is so much pain in this piece. I can really feel it. You just make it really visceral and real. I'm always really happy to hear a new poet any place that I can find them. So welcome to swell. He said this is the first poem that you're sharing. I can't wait to hear more from you

I have never known someone to write quite like that, but the power that's in what you write is it's like you reach out, smack somebody, and then you're like, okay, I'm walking out. It is amazing. I love your style, and I can't wait to see more from you as well. And I appreciate any feedback you can give me on mine so much. Thank you so much again. Bye

I think that as poets and creatives and artists of any kind, I think we all kind of worry that maybe what we have to say or what we have to show won't reach anybody. I know. I worry that my pieces are very short. A lot of my pieces are very short, and I worry that they won't resonate with with people

I think you're doing a great job and I'm going to I'm going to read some more years tomorrow too. It's going to be an early morning for me, so busy day at work, but I'm a break, so I'm sure I'll be checking it out. Thank you. And just keep doing what you do. It's awesome
