Free speech

article image placeholderReggie and my wife Georgie
Just because I don't agree with someone doesn't mean that they don't have the same rights to say what I do. As long as they're not telling you to kill someone, blow up the country or something like that, they have the same right as you and I do. So let's that free speech is free speech

Free speech for everyone

#freedomofspeech #regulation

When the Founding Fathers thought about our Bill of Rights, we have to take a different approach because when there's misinformation, when there's hate, and when there's the inciting of violence, those people who are amplifying these messages under the guise of freedom of speech can cause death and destruction and an irreversible trend in our history, basically. So these are really important times to understand how regulation fits into our understanding of freedom of speech. And I think that kind of sums it up for me

You know, I'm going to do my best to be respectful here, but it's difficult for me because there's this idea that I'm supposed to respect my elders. But the thing is, if I'm being honest with you, it's hard for me to respect somebody who's traveled this world longer than I have and still doesn't understand what free speech actually means. It just means that you won't be jailed for the things you say

Freedom always has a price.

And so the government has limits on what we can and cannot say. Those limits are the price we pay in order to have freedom of speech in every other category. When it comes to individuals and businesses, they are not limited by the restrictions that the government has established. They can decide what they find acceptable or not acceptable. And the price we pay as consumers of those products or customers of those businesses is that we abide by their specific rules

Think before you speak... Free Speech is very powerful... Use it, wisely...

And of course, average Joe's idea of just being too free about everything, or maybe taking the advantage of free speech to the level of conspiracies. Yes, that is definitely something which is worth seeing in free speech. What I believe is yes, free speech is right, right? Is definitely a power. And as it has been said once and again. And of course, it's a wonderful quote from Spiderman that with every power comes a great responsibility

Hey guys. Hope everybody's having a great day. I want to say this and I'll be brief. Freedom of speech is free, but freedom of speech has consequences. Let me repeat that. Freedom of speech has consequences. If you don't believe me. What I'd like for you to do, go to a court of law, take an oath to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. Use your free speech. Free speech and lie. Knowingly lie

And for those of you who want to continue to stout, you know, your freedom of speech. I'd like for you to take a look at a few court cases because I live with an attorney and we've had this lengthy discussion about freedom of speech. Beach and I'm also a journalist, and I've discovered in my journalistic endeavors that a lot of these cases have actually dealt with one being obscenity. Take a look at Miller versus California
