Question is, whose responsibility is it? Yours or theirs? Personally, it's my responsibility to have things in order and not my Kim or friends or the state. So I'm responding here because I want to say thanks for speaking the truth and sharing the message that people oftentimes just don't understand or overlook. The system is not set up to make the grieving process any easier, especially when you have to deal with the legal side of things. But yeah, hopefully more people see this.
