It’s ok to NOT know.

Honestly, I don't know why I feel like I should know everything there is to know about whatever it is that I'm trying to do, because that's unrealistic and really doesn't make any sense and why I put that type of pressure on myself, but I do find that, and I'll just give a little bit of context. I'm in the middle of beginning, not even in the middle

What we learn in kindergarten…

And I think your reminder is very helpful because I usually think about kindness as an outward experience and to be kind to myself. There's lots of other ways to say that self care and all that good, juicy stuff. But kind is a very specific word. It's an active word being kind. And I think it goes a long way. So here's to being kind to myself today. And may that Whipple out because I'm kind to myself, I can be even more kind to others

The lovely experience of learning.

And then there are other facets with hobbies or interests that you have and the amount of wealth of knowledge you can have. With that or not, I tend to find it now exciting when I don't know something. When there is a topic that is broached that I had no prior knowledge of that, it just interests me. It intrigues me. So, yeah, that's something I always kind of look out for

Hi. Thank you so much for that. Swell. I really needed that reminder because I think that the fear of not knowing has helped me back so many times and it has deprived me from having certain experiences and opportunities unities. And I think only when you face the unknown or do something new. And how do I put it?
