Be intentional about your joy.

You will manifest a not great day. Be be be be intentional about your joy. Intentional about how those thoughts come into action in the world. And then if you wake up, you don't feel great and you say truth. I always think truth is important and self acknowledgment of wherever you are because it's okay to be wherever you are. The ocean we're constantly moving doesn't just stand still. Our motion shift, feelings shift, priorities, responsibility shift

It's so great to hear you externalize. The internal really helps me. I woke up to a beautiful day as well, but the little worms kind of crawl into our brain sometimes and cloud us. And it's such a good reminder when you hear another voice who's in that same journey say, okay, I have the power to make this good. Really, really enjoy your thoughts and help adopt my day. So thank you

What I do believe is that our mind is always searching for a problem to solve, because we're in a constant state of, like, fight or flight. And it may not be that extreme, but we're in a constant state of reacting to stuff all the time and sometimes not good slices, very intense, full of microaggressions and just regular aggressions. And I just stopped myself. Nothing is wrong. There is no problem, nothing wrong on. There's no problem

But now I just buy the Yogi tea bags, admittedly. So you choose the tea. You have to boil the water. You have to put the tea back in. You have to let it steep. All this is taking your time for me. Usually I have tea early in the morning, like now when all you can do is hear the birds, which I don't know about anybody else. But I've been hearing more birds lately

And then there have been days when I've sat in bed and I've maybe snapped at my mom for a moment and I've gone back to my room and I've sat down written in my Journal and made the decision and the intention that I want to be Kinder to those around me, and I want to be Kinder to myself and say nicer things to myself and just even acknowledging the fact that you're in a bad mood really does change the way that you look at life

The power to be positive.

Thank you so much for your very thoughtful response. And I liken everything you're saying or I understand it. It's like self awareness, right. And the ability to be self aware. Like when we're like you said, a good mood or a bad mood or just wherever we are, mentally or spiritually. I think that's everything and I think super powerful. And I don't know. It's like a quote
