Angel investors are typically affluent individuals who have a lot of disposable income and are looking for new and interesting ways to invest their money. They're often very passionate about the business they invest in and take an active role in helping them grow and succeed. So you've started your business and now it's time to start seeking investors. Hello sir. Thank you for your breakdown on the angel investors. To me it sounds like venture capitalist kind of, but I think venture capitalist would be an organization that a couple of partners I mean, I'm assuming all this, but a couple of partners would probably come together and try to acquire as much equity in a company as they can get for various different companies across the board. I think angel investors definitely sound a little bit more friendly, I guess is the easiest way to put it

Thank you for responding. And that's exactly what angel investors is. These are individuals that we may know, come across in our daily lives and what we tell our story to. We show them how passionate we are about our business or what we love to do in life. So these angel investors are located throughout the country. There's also websites that you can search on Google angel investors, and there are groups of people get together, look at deals, and come on board
