You cut around the seat, obviously. And then you kind of twist each half and whatever half comes out that doesn't have the seed. You put that to the side. You take the half that has the seed. You kind of eat whatever's on the seed. And then with your teeth, you kind of bite onto the seed, twist the other half off, and then take out the seed. Continue eating the seed. Clean off the seed completely. Throw the seed away
