In a survey it is shown that those who eat during late nights or who will not do any work and sleep immediately after eating they are having the higher chances of getting paralysis in their late 60s. So guys be very careful. Don't sleep immediately after eating. Do some work, do some little work or keep your work postponed after eating. Do that work later that you have to sleep and don't use mobile too much during nighttime. You have to use mobiles 1 hour before you go to sleep
