Happy Mar10 Day!

I would love to hear about how this character has impacted your life. It's impacted mine. Little hint, I kid you not. Me and my girlfriend, we still own yoshi, and Mario like these big stuffed plush figures. Kid you not. So, as you can see, I'm not exactly nostalgic in the sense of looking back. I look in my bedroom, and Mario's still a part of me. Boom. Even at this stage. But please chime in

We weren't a video game family at all until the Wii, which I know is many iterations later. But the Mario games on the Wii were so good. They were so good. That's just what memories come back. It's like hanging out with my siblings and yelling at each other and laughing and messing with each other. My sister would usually play Mario, and then my brother and I would play, like, the yellow and blue toads if they were available

I came to terms with that I was not a gamer, and it was just too much for me to manipulate the different controls. Up, down, left, right, push this, push that to make the character do the things that I needed to do. Now, my son, who's 13, is a gamer. He has a whole gaming computer that he got for Christmas about two years ago. That's his thing. He loves it. He is into it

And this is a man that's been around over 30 years. So they do have a lot of music catalog of their own to play over that time. And I had so many gaming systems. I wish I had kept many of them, but I've always loved things like what is it called, not just Nintendo, but I was a big Sega fan. And for those who know, Sega actually had a CD. They were one of the first CD Rom gaming systems
