How do you regroup after a setback?

And it's unfortunate because they did have a lot of hopes. I think the culture there was not conducive for professional growth. I think it was more in the lines of people who were too closely connected on a personal level. And I'm all for work families and even if it goes to, you know, past work as far as friendships. But there should also be kind of a line

Hi, Theo. Great Topic. And in terms of what I do to regroup after a setback, first I want to address the fact that is it really a setback if you're already kind of noticing certain things that you weren't too fond of, and then the universe just kind of conspired to to the point that you are right now where you guys decided to part ways. And I just try to remind myself of my worst

Keep Focus. You need to know your why

I ended up walking away from that. And yeah, it's a really hard thing to hold on to why you're doing a certain thing or why you're in a specific job. And I think that it's, like, one of the most important things, because there's a quote, somebody just said it the other day, if you don't know where you're going, you're already there. And I know a lot of people that lose focus

Now I'm going to do my productive task each day to move forward, and I'm going to celebrate it, because I know as a foundational spiritual principle that there is abundance, there is more to come, and I can be at peace with that. So that's how I process setback. That's how I process a loss is in that degree or in that manner
