Good post

But I don't think we, as human beings, can ever get past our need to talk, to actually see people to connect with them in person. And I really think this whole generations of computer addicted, social media addicted kids is not boarding well at all. And other pandemic is not making anything any better. So this is an article. So thank you

Remote work is for me!

This is such a good question, especially since we are now we've reached the oneyear Mark for most of us as far as when we started having to work from home, more permanently or quarantining, etc. And I hadn't reflected on it too much to be honest, but I actually think overall, this year has made me realize how much I value being able to work remotely, but there's context that plays into that for me personally

Mind.

You can't change their schedule or they're working because they have to be in the office spaces or other workplaces because they don't need it there so they can't change anything about it. So if you asked me, could you go and do a little bit of telemedicine or anything of that sort? And could you just go back home and start looking for education from your homework space and just make it your home? I would have loved to take it up. Other challenge

😯 social interaction? work is just one avenue of many for me

I do miss the casual interactions of meeting people with lunch over lunch or in the hallway. That being said, work was never a place for me. For my primary social interactions and friendships. I've been getting my social interactions from other places. So one is Church. Two is my creative artistic outlets involving the performing arts. And there's a community of practice I'm involved with. And so getting out to live events. That's what I've been missing

@ #workingremotely

And I feel like those lines have definitely gotten blurred with working from home, and sometimes I just really feel like I need a change of scenery. Being in the house all the time is boring. I am an extrovert, and so I do get my energy from being around other people, and so that part has been a big challenge as well. Just having that one on one interaction and for me, being online on Zoom isn't quite getting it
