Stress-coping activities..tips, suggestions?

Given how things are where I am, I just thought it would be a good idea to start off a swell on stress coping activities. Someone shared this cheat sheet of activity that trigger happiness hormones in your body. And when I went through this list, I kind of saw that I've already been doing a lot of things on the list, so I've been doing a lot of snacking, sometimes on healthy stuff, mostly not

And while I must say that, yes, I'm not you're right rate when you say that these are not to be looked upon as a sort of formula for happiness. And I agree with you. I completely agree with you. But given how things are right now, the deluge of information and misinformation that's all around me
