Thought I will add another point which can enable you to get a job in a contact center. .3 keep your CV simple and crisp and please read your CV n number of times before presenting it to an interviewer. I see the CV has got some materials but the person sitting right in front of the interviewer speaks something else. So know your CV very well. That's very important. It will enable you to get a job in a contact center
