Hello everyone. Today's well is regarding the best advisors I received from one of the best advisors that is internet. Today's topic is tips to train your brain. There are six main nine tips to train your brain. Number one, exercise. Second, read every day. Third, write down ideas. Fourth, practice deep listening. Fifth, get out of your comfort zone. Six is to do something different repeatedly. Hence these are the six advice I believe which are absolutely true

Hi Raksh. And I love the way you mentioned all the points to train your brain, but it can lead to a lot of productivity if you're in the right way. But I have just one genuine question. How do you train your brain to get out of the comfort zone when Bangalore is having back to back rain and the whole freaking weather has become the whole comfort zone? Just look at the weather right now. It's raining as here as well

And the only way to get out of this comfort zone, this weather is just by wearing raincoat, having umbrellas, and then going outside of the home in case if you want to have a change atmosphere or something or else sitting in discomfort zone is fine for certain time. The fact of being in Bangalore is you just can't sit in one place constantly. So ultimately we all want to get out of our comfort zone and work out for our livelihood

Hi Darshan. Yeah I completely agree to the point which you said key sleep is necessary because without proper sleep we just can't intend to do our work and without proper sleep we expect our returns or our results to be very a mode better which is actually not quite possible because until and unless we sleep well, we refresh our mind, our brain won't function properly and then the result which we expect will not be that great. So yeah, I completely agree. We need its sleep

That's my name and I'm proud of it but I think I need to get used to that on the wall as well. Okay, first thing, thank you for starting that thing of calling me by my first name. And second thing. Yeah, good suggestion of being a little more discomforted because life has to go on. No matter what's happening we will have to pull ourselves together and work towards the goals of life because Unfortunately, unfortunately life just can't wait
