As in even if I do type something, it is kept on a private so that too is kept off. Why I did that to keep interactions on that media to a minimum so that I would increase the time that I would spend off the media more. I'm sure that has happened compared to what was before, but work also took over and has not provided the same amount of justice to spending time where I actually want to

Hi Rajiv. First of all, welcome on Swell. I was just listening to your swell. It's pretty late at night. It's almost dawn, in fact. But yeah, I couldn't sleep, so I thought why not spend some time on swell? And I think quitting social media is definitely, definitely a very bold step and very important as at least some sort of detox period from social media is essential
