So, guys, I'll let you know that I am in grade twelve right now, and my size three, four months back was so messed up, I just can't explain to you at that point of time, I decided that if I want to make it big, I need to start from now. So the one thing that I had in myself, that one thing that is needed, that is not motivation. Definitely not motivation. Because motivation is very short term thing

Actually, I also podcast about such things as how you can stay motivated, how can you work towards your goal, how can you achieve the efficiency you want to. So I do find your podcast very amazing. Me as a CIA students which has a very tight schedule of reading constantly in and out. I would like to suggest you guys to have a little in the 50 minutes of break you're taking. Move away from your books or screens or anything you're studying from and take a natural gap like walk. Give some moments to your body because that actually helps you do better. Walk, increase your performance

And that's not making me efficient at all. But what discipline does it 09:00 p.m.. That's what discipline is. It's not like, oh, yes, it's 02:00 A.m., starting from two, I'm going to be a different one because I have been motivated. That motivation isn't going to last long, though. So that's what I think the case is
