Casters well, maran today is about controversial netflix docuseries Cleopatra, which aims to shed light on one of history's most iconic royals, cleopatra, last queen of ancient Egypt. There has been much controversy surrounding the series because of the race of the lady who portrays the ancient queen. I have a problem with the series, but not because of the actress. I don't think enough money was spent on the production

Now, I don't know why the modern inhabitants of the land of Egypt have chosen to add their support to the so called racism of Europeans by denying, lying, falsifying and obstacing. Modern Europeans are ashamed. Period. They have partaken in the greatest crime that mankind has ever perpetuated on the planet atlantic slave trade and plantation slavery in the Americas

And oftentimes Hollywood gets a chance to rewrite history due to proximity to resources and agendas that continue to keep us unaware. So, without question, I support your critique. And I understand completely that we must do our own research and we must connect our own dots back to as best that we can with the resources available to make sure that we have a clearer and a more concise understanding of our contribution to the Nile Valley, to the continent of Africa and bigger still, to the world at large
