Are you able to ask for help?

It took a very dark moment in time for me when I honestly thought that I would not survive and that I would be killed by my own hands in the starkness, I learned that even though it felt like people didn't care, that this was often my sadness that was telling me this and overshadowing and keeping me from truly seeing the amount of people that were surrounding me that loved me and wanted nothing more than to pull me out of this hole

Do you find it each to reach out to others when you need help? Or do you try and handle everything yourself?

And I think a lot of people can relate to what you're saying about often you learn to start asking for help once you hit some sort of really dark place where you realize it's your only option if you want to survive whatever it is you're going through. And I know I've definitely experienced that. And I think as I've gotten older, just realizing that it is a gift to give to others. But it's also a gift to receive

It’s mixed for me but hopefully it’s getting better. @Raelah

I it's a mixed to some degree. I do feel I have a support system that I can ask for help in matters of emotional stress, stress and fatigue, but at the same time, it's not so much as a burden to others as more. I'm always trying to figure it out on my own. But there are times where I just can't do that
