Anxiety dream

So I'm just going to take the dream as it was, and hope that it has no bearing on the outcome of my really important meeting today. Or maybe that was the way of me kind of working out my nervousness about the meeting. So wish me and my pants good luck

I have them dream up, like work, disagreements, things that haven't even happened. It's very not good to me. Like, why am I dreaming about this job? But also for what happens is I'll have a meeting. I know what time the meeting is, but I'll obsessively. Look at my calendar because I keep thinking I'm going to miss the meeting. So that's sort of like how my work waking anxiety dream state

And it sort of makes me wonder if this obviously I don't know the details of your dreams. But my assumption is probably that it's a dream or just your general imagination. If we were to think about the absolute worst thing that could happen, which some age is absolutely horrible. Right. That's also probably incredibly unlikely to actually happen to that extent. So the literal worst thing that could happen is probably not going to happen

Hey, guys, just coming back to report that had a great meeting. So thanks to Kaya for the good wishes and Yoshi, I love the idea of Pessimists setting themselves up to be pleasantly surprised all the time. That's lovely. In fact, one of the questions that was asked at the meeting, which is for my organization that's about five years old now
