How do you deal with stress, pre-exam nerves, or anxiousness?

So today's? Well, I thought I asked a question or ask for advice because I know I've been talking about having a midterm for quite a while now, but it's finally time, and it's happening tomorrow. And so I thought I asked for advice us on how you deal with exam stress or anxiousness in general, or just stress in general, because I know that some levels of stress is super important to help motivate you to do well, but sometimes too much stress can restrict you

It kind of goes along the lines of you mentioning that to tell yourself that it's okay because it is okay. There's this one really small quote. I actually don't know where it came from. I think it's a Persian thing. Maybe it's not. I actually have no idea. But the quote is this, too, shall pass. So everything comes and goes. Everything happens, and then it will end like everything has Ian end. Basically, all good things will end

Oh, my God. And I forgot to say good luck on your midterm. It's going to be great. You're going to do so good. I know you've been studying really hard for it. Well, I can't speak for what you actually did, but you seem to be working really hard. And you're gonna do great. Yay. Let us know how it goes tomorrow

Kind of using your brain in a way. Obviously, you're going to use your brain reselling, but kind of being creative, just like going outside the box. Being active as well helps the most. I think just to get energy, eating enough, having enough water, things like that helps me destress. So I hoped that helps. And I really hope you do well in your exam. And good luck

I don't know if that makes sense, like grounding myself, like reminding myself of my surroundings so that you're just not in your head, like, kind of like a squishy or maybe some calming music, maybe some beautiful visuals. That's kind of what I do. But good luck. And this is a beautiful picture. That was my first thought when I saw it. I was like, that is the prettiest sunset picture I've ever seen.
