So it's kind of nice to be able to like whenever I do Cook, whenever I'm stressed out, I feel like at least I accomplished that. So it kind of makes me feel better and really up my courage because it's like, if I can do this, then I can do anything. But yeah
I love the noise. It was so cool. It was like ASMR almost. But what was it? I don't know. I just think that this is like a really good post to talk about because it touches more on mental health as well, because taking breaks like these and giving ideas like that is so helpful for everyone because they might be struggling and having hard and really busy schedules, for example, and they don't know when to take breaks
I forgot to add a couple things in my Swell. Some of the things that I like to do whenever I'm feeling overwhelmed is I like to read. I love reading because it gives you, like, a break from reality and from the things that you have to get done. And it just kind of immerses you into this experience. And there's so many things that you can learn from books

Or I just kind of watch certain healing YouTube videos that help calm myself down, find my center and helps me get come to this point where it's like, okay, you got this. You can do your work, just take breaks. And don't forget that if you can't accomplish everything you can today, but you should still remember that you still accomplish some things. If you're not able to complete, say, ten things on your list, at least you completed five of them
