Hello, Deborah. I've been editing and editing this playlist, but I think this is a good mix of of genres and also like a nice cohesive vibe. So I'm linking it here on this well and let me know how you like it

And that's one of the things I can't stand about the meditation channels, is they're all just, like, washy pads. And yours is really full of journey, and I love that there's a peak of activity, then it kind of comes back down to the last three songs. But the last song really engages me. So you're sort of getting me slowly into consciousness and taking me in that journey. And then at the end, there's a nice balance

I do mark our fitness one, which I'm actually speaking to from my fitness account now. I think it's the mark of Our Fitness one. And when I heard your idea and I heard Deborah's reply that she really loved it and she wants something to stretch, I thought, hey, man, I love making playlists, right? I don't know if this is what you do, but for me, it's like if I feel inspired and the inspiration comes from a feeling I have or an experience or a memory, yeah

Mark. This is amazing. I don't know that app. You said it was called Stationed, but that sounds really cool. So I'm going to check it out. And I love I love that you're adding on to this. I think this is awesome. Yeah, I'm going to listen to the playlist that you made for Temper, too. And yeah, I'd love to collaborate on the playlist. That would be cool. Thank you for participating

Hey Ro now this is great it's your idea and like like you I love making playlists as I said yeah and I've put the link again to my personal Mark Wolfman Mark show but if you make make an account on Station head which is easy to do ill see that you followed me and I'll follow you from my Mark Fitness account as well because I mixed that with fitness shows like a radio show around fitness and music so here you go here's that link again and can't wait to listen to your playlist as well

Hey, Ro and Mark. I just wanted to touch base with both of you and just say this morning I had such a nice I woke up really early and I did both playlists. One was to kind of stretching. That was Ro. And then I gardened with Mark. It was like I felt so loved. Anyone who is listening to this thread and wants to get an incredible hit from Ro or Mark, it's just lovely

We just come back from the beach, relaxed a bit, and then we showered and we were just getting ready to go out. I put it on, so I got used to it. It too yeah, it's a cool idea. And maybe I will get the you might with Rome. We do something at some point
