Social media detox

From my personal experience, my anxiety makes me care about what other people think about me a lot, and social media adds a whole other group of people along with their thoughts, and it can contribute to this panic. When I have gone on in social media detox, I feel like I can hear and value my own thoughts much more than others values or thoughts. Although this is probably applicable to everyone, I think docs and creates especially strong shift in anxious folks

And one thing that helps is writing. And I don't mean writing professionally. I mean writing in a Journal because, let's say entropy. Right? Act of talking and interacting with other content and all of that. I think that only increases entropy, whereas writing decreases it because when you write, especially when you write down your thoughts and stuff like that, I. E. Journal, what you're doing is you are bringing order to the chaos
