Because they say that it can be achieved by integrating a responsive communitybased care which will help implementing of the promotion and prevention strategies and strengthening the information systems. So it seems to be that they're going to work on three different levels. The first, they say that they're going to deepen the value given to mental health by individuals, communities and governments and they will try to match that value with commitment, engagement and investment of all their stakeholders across all sectors

So if they are thinking of changing like mental health or improving mental health investment, huge investment is actually going to be needed and the investment is actually a very good thing they have or thought of and people's mindset it is actually a big hurdle in this process. Everyone has a different mindset. Some people don't even know what mental health the importance of mental health, they don't even know that. So they think that it is just like they don't pay any attention to it

Hi, Anastasia. I'm glad that you have put across your pointers on your thought process. But going ahead, I would like to ask you, you being an individual, what do you bring on the table when it comes to mental health? How can one person make a difference to certain segments? That would be my question to you and how would you implement it at the given, let's say if you were at your home, how would you actually implement such a task?
