We try to fill this loneliness by connecting with other people in an expectation that these connections with other people will make the loneliness disappear. And also today's technology supplies with a lot of devices and apps to stay connected. But the thing is we always stay connected. But we still feel lonely

Yeah, I think that's so true. The connections we make with other people are much deeper if we feel connected to ourselves. So it's important to prioritize that, especially in this screen screen world

And it obviously is ourselves, but it also is this beautiful folding into each other's ideas. So I love that we can do both and that we can surrender to the deepest desire we all have, which is knowing that we're linked to another heart. And sometimes that comes through very strange mediums these days. So I appreciate you kind of building that out for us and letting us ponder on this

It. Thank you, Deborah. So true, the technology becomes a boon to progress within and out as well, but only when we use it in the right perspective and with the right intentions. And prioritizing self helps us to connect within. But then once we know how clear our thoughts, intentions and our mind is, we can start to help others to connect with your source energy. And together we can help each other to create a collective that is a better society
