I really would just like to connect with people who also suffer from anxiety, who had also experienced panic attacks. Maybe you can share your ideas and your thoughts with me. My panic attacks or anxiety happened out of the blue. I've worked with a therapist in regards to this in the past, but the therapist that I went to just really seemed as though they didn't care. They went through the motions

So you could say for myself, like, okay, even though I'm really anxious and worried right now, I am safe, I am okay. And then you say that while you're tapping these different meridian points on your body. Yeah, those are the two talking needs that have helped me the most. I'm not sure if that's the reason why I'm not getting the more physical panic attacks. I also do a lot of breathing, a lot of heavy breathing

Hey there, Chelsea. Thank you for your response. I think I'm pretty much good now, but I guess it's good that I did. Again, go ahead and make that swell. Sometimes what I do, and I discovered this within the last two years, two years is I take CBD. And I don't know if it's something that you would consider, but I tried it out of sheer desperation.
